Overview: Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia is a devastating disease and we have reached the limit of what chemotherapy alone can achieve. It is imperative to understand how genomic alterations drive relapse in order to develop new treatments. This study will investigate the genomic changes between diagnosis and relapse using single cell sequencing.
