Overview: We aim to improve breastfeeding outcomes in preterm infants by: (a) understanding current gaps in lactation care; and (b) co-designing and pilot testing a relaxation therapy intervention, as a novel component of holistic lactation support services, to reduce maternal stress early after birth when milk supply is being established.
