First name

Enter the first name using Title case, eg Frederick, NOT UPPERCASE or all lowercase.

Last name

Enter last name (surname or family name). Please use Title Case, eg Smith, NOT UPPERCASE or all lowercase.

Email

Enter a valid and full email address (formatted as name@xyz.com). Only one e-mail address can be entered. The email address of the user will be used for all correspondence regarding the Expression of Interest (EOI): the user profile should therefore be that of the Chief Investigator.

Password

Type the selected password twice. Ensure that this password is not provided to any unauthorised person. Do not use it in email correspondence.
