Grant Application Guidelines
- Eligible applications must be related to the fields of Medicine, Education, Dentistry, Nursing, Social Sciences, Environment, Mental Health and Allied Health Professions.
- Funds will be allocated solely to applicants for research undertaken in South Australia or the Northern Territory (The Chief Investigator and Employing Institute must be based in South Australia and/or the Northern Territory).
- Applications must be received in one of the following categories:
- Basic science
- Clinical studies
- Community-based studies
- Consideration is also given to ‘early career’ applicants, applying for the first time as a Chief Investigator, in one of the above categories.
- Grant applications must be undertaken via the Foundation’s website (www.crf.org.au) The application process involves:
- creation of a user profile, including login and password details
- completion of the on-line Research Grant Registration form – once submitted, applicants will receive (by email) a copy of the form content, including a Grant Registration Number
- downloading, completion and emailing to crf@crf.org.au the relevant Research Grant Application for 2010 form and any supporting documentation.
- One original copy of the Research Grant Registration and Research Grant Application form, together with any supplementary information, including required signatures, must be posted or delivered to the Executive Officer of CRF by the closing date.
- Late or incomplete applications cannot be considered.
